Another kissing scene without an actual kiss 🤭💋 It wasn't my purpose but it looks like Phryne is pulling Jack closer a little bit. I actully quite like that idea, so I might draw it there by coincidence 😅 The facial impressions drove me crazy and there was a point where I actually saw Jack smiling 🤦♀️ Thank you @tboriana for driving me back on the sane direction 😘 #missfishersmurdermysteries #missfisherfanart #phrynefisher #jackrobinson #essiedavis #nathanpage (at Budapest, Hungary) https://www.instagram.com/p/CCBPCR2A3My/?igshid=1a1pr57btrikx

It is not a secret I love TV series with strong male characters, and I do not necessarily mean physically strong. I mean the male characters that can show their emotions, cry when they feel it, understand what is different, be understanding when others are not, surprise you when you already think there is nothing what could surprise you anymore. The characters that might appear to be ruthless, but one finds out it is just a pretense. There is a number of characters that melted my heart: Fabien Marchal from Versailles, Tommy from Peaky Blinders or Athos from the Musketeers but my heart won Detective Inspector Jack Robinson from Miss Fisher Murder Mysteries. He is everything I always imagined in a man - kind, understanding, feminist...what reminds me of the quote I recently read at The Sense of an Ending: "This was another of our fears: that Life wouldn't turn out to be like Literature.” in this case...fear that life would not quite turn out to be as a TV show...
