Yariel means "a word I made up meant to sound like a Jewish last name because for some reason it is important to me that everyone will understand the fake person I made up is Jewish".
and together they mean "I decided to tell a lie on social media because I get add revenue from twitter and going viral helps me. to do that, I made up something that didn't happen to a person that doesn't exist. I couldn't use real Israeli names because then I might have to face legal consequences for my actions, and I don't want that".
