I'm trying to decide between three options for my series right now. There's pros and cons to each option, but I'm not sure which to go with. The main antagonist has a bond with his younger brother Travis and when that bond breaks one of them loses their power. Either Jacob, Travis, or both. As I said, each one has ups and downs from both an story telling standpoint and a characterization standpoint. I just need to decide. All feedback is considered and thanked.
Jacob Creed
Jacob is one of the main antagonist throughout the storyline, often working from the background, but able to fight when it boils down to him. He owns a multinational weapons company and keeps most official authorities off himself, but Jen hunts him tirelessly for killing her family and conducting inhumane operations in an attempt to recreate the fountain of youth. He seeks immortality for his wife Sharon who was dying of cancer. They do cure her but at that point neither of them were willing to give up on immortality and refused to live without the other. Jacob is extremely powerful and manipulative and forced his trans brother to live as a girl until he finally stood up and fought back. After this Jacob broke the telekinetic bond between them which was siphoning off his power to give to Travis so he became stronger than before. Also operates a secret cult with himself as the point of worship and promising immortality to his followers.
