Peter Parker and Miles Morales are trapped in the happy life fantasy simulation with no thanks to Arcade and Mentallo. As the two perpetrators watch the Spiders in the simulation, Arcade expresses his frustration and boredom while Mentallo tells him that he cannot risk going further in probing their minds without disrupting the reality experiment. However, Peter Parker starts to figure out that something is wrong when he remembers that his Parker Luck is all about bad luck that usually happens to him most of his life. As for Miles Morales, he is chatting with the fake Kamala when he is interrupted by Shift who appears to snap him out of it by destroying the Kamala robot. Peter Parker gets himself together as he says his goodbye to his fake family. Both Peter Parker and Miles Morales vow to take down Arcade and Mentallo.
