Time really flies! ✨🤸🏽♀️💕 3 years ago today I taught my first public #yoga class, and tonight I get to teach my very first public #acroyoga class! Let's celebrate growth, progress & learning new things together! 🎉⏰👯 In addition to my 4:30pm foundations class @yogavibe585 I'll be co-teaching a FREE acro yoga class in Cobbs Hill Park w/ #jacroandlynne from 6pm-8pm, the first 50 minutes is the formal class & the last hour is open jam time to practice our skills. Feeling grateful for our #rochesteryogafam for supporting me (and letting me support them!) on my journey. #thisismyyogavibe
