Alrighty, a chaptered fic! This story was originally a oneshot but hehe whoops. Four chapters will be published in total - every Monday and Thursday. :) two weeks lol
Official Summary:
Link grew up hearing of the legends, yes, but what kid hadn’t been raised that way? He never understood why it was such a big deal to his family, that he attempt to pull the Master Sword in Castle Town. Hundreds had tried, and they had all failed. So why?
Then there’s their want for him to become a knight, like the rest of the men in his family. It sounds okay, he supposes, after he’s heard it from them so many times. Soon, it becomes clear that the attempt to Master Sword will become the pinnacle of his young life. But why, if the mere attempt is what’s important to everyone else?
Naturally, those question cease to matter when Link manages to actually pull the damn thing.
Fuck quickly becomes the appropriate word, he realizes.

chapter 5 is out!!
And, yes I think this story will end up being six chapters. Going to try to get that final chapter out this weekend, but we’ll see. I have a lot of final projects to finish up :,)
