Ok, so I've definitely noticed that I'm not drinking as much water now that I'm doing my juice cleanse and I think its because I feel as though I am drinking so much!

But I have also noticed that my thirst isn't quenched by the juice, my hunger is satiated, but for thirst theres only one thing, H2O.

So if your doing a juice fast remember to drink water too!
