People are trying everything in their power to interpret Jake's Jadetok outfit as anything BUT a dress.
The only possible way I can see how they can interpret the bottom layer as pants instead of a dress/skirt is this one single frame in the dance but come on, those are Jake's legs which happen to be the same color as the white part of the dress.
Every other instance makes it look like an underskirt/bottom layer of the dress, but people need to deny any possible femininity at all costs to maintain their image of "manly man Jake" I suppose.
