Vampire Patient | Jaehwan & Jongsuk
Jongsuk found himself sitting lazily on the window sill of his townhouse, pale skin catching the moonlight as he fished out a cigarette packet and lighter from his pocket. He stared down as he lit the end, pressing it against his lips and taking a long inhale before breathing out in the night air to his left. He had no patients today, which was to be expected due to him not being here for very long, and so he relied on the grapevine for vampires to learn that he was an underground doctor willing to help them. His foot tapped to the rhythm of Heartbreak Hotel on his record player, a song he had heard a thousand and one times, yet Elvis Presley's voice never got boring. He was the King after all. A lot of vampires didn't seem to like Elvis, at least when he so enthusiastically showed them his music. He supposed perhaps his love for 50's and 60's rock stemmed from his more human side. For this, he really appreciated being a half-blood, despite the almost crippling side effects. At the thought, he slid off the window sill and popped a couple more painkillers in his mouth, downing them with water as his face contorted in distaste, smacking his lips as he stood in the middle of the clinic and resumed smoking... only for Blue Suede Shoes to play. Jongsuk gave a small smile as long legs seemingly began to move by themselves, dancing like Elvis except with grace and fluidity that could only be accompanied with a vampire, something Elvis didn't really have. "You can do anything ... but lay off of my blue suede shoes-" He mumbled under his breath to the lyrics with a cigarette in his hand, keeping quiet unless Sanghyuk was pressing his ear to the door or something.
