The Jo Bo-ah and Lee Jae-wook drama, Dear Hongrang, was finally released. I'm only two episodes in but am continually reminded why these two actors are really really good at their craft.
I don't even care why ...
*spoiler below the keep reading tag--You have been warned...
Jo Bo-ah's character, Jai-yi is fearlessly heading off into the dark middle-of-the-night forest in search of the Snow Man. Hasn't this woman heard of the Wizard of Oz? (I'd turn back if I were you!) So maybe there's a few several hundred years between the Joseon dynasty and L. Frank Baum but real/fake Hongrang was serving up some Jang Uk serendipitous timely savior vibes and I am fine with that.
Can't wait to watch the next episode but I'm kinda sorta avoiding a binge viewing so as to savor these two work their magic.
