nope, Billy did not graduate. In Season two, he was in his second to last year of highschool (confirmed by the Hawkins yearbook book). That school year would’ve ended in approx. May 1985, which is when Steve graduated. So Billy had one year left, and he dies a few months before that last year of high school starts.
Do I have three exams in the next week? Yes.
