A succulent and flavorful roasted chicken recipe inspired by Jaime Oliver's style, featuring the bright flavors of lemon and garlic.
Ingredients: 1 whole chicken about 3-4 pounds. 2 lemons. 6 cloves of garlic. 2 sprigs of rosemary. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Make wedges out of one lemon and thin slices out of the other. Lemon wedges, garlic cloves, and rosemary sprigs should be put inside the chicken. Brush the chicken with olive oil, and then sprinkle it with a lot of salt and pepper. Toast the chicken in a pan with lemon slices on the bottom. Then, put the chicken on top of the lemon slices. Set the oven to 165F 75C and roast the chicken for about an hour, or until the internal temperature reaches that level. Wait 10 minutes before cutting the chicken up. Enjoy while hot!
