Sugared Walnut Grape Salad is a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The sweet and crunchy sugared walnuts complement the juicy grapes and creamy blue cheese, while the balsamic vinaigrette ties it all together for a refreshing and satisfying salad.
Ingredients: 1 cup of walnuts. 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. 8 cups of mixed salad greens. 2 cups of red seedless grapes. 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese. 1/4 cup of balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
Instructions: Put the walnuts in a pan and toast them over medium-low heat for two to three minutes. Add the sugar to the walnuts and stir them around as you cook them until the sugar melts and covers them. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool. Put the mixed greens and red grapes in a large salad bowl. Put the blue cheese crumbles and sugared walnuts on top of the salad. Spread the balsamic vinaigrette dressing on top of the salad. Gently toss the salad to mix all the ingredients together. Serve right away and enjoy!
