Take your deviled eggs to the next level with a Polish twist! There are four tasty kinds of Polish Deviled Eggs, called Jaja Faszerowane: classic, bacon and chive, smoked salmon, and pickle. These deviled eggs are creamy and full of flavor. They are great as an appetizer or as a party snack.
Ingredients: 6 hard-boiled eggs. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon white vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Paprika and fresh herbs for garnish. Additional toppings: bacon bits, chives, smoked salmon, pickles, etc..
Instructions: Separate the hard-boiled eggs into halves along their length, and carefully take out the yolks. Add the egg yolks to a bowl and mix in the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mash the mixture until it is smooth and creamy. Split the egg yolk mixture into four equal parts. Paprika should be mixed with one part of the yolk mixture for traditional deviled eggs. To make the bacon and chive deviled eggs, take another bowl and add chopped chives and bits of bacon to it. Add small pieces of smoked salmon to the third part of the yolk mixture for the smoked salmon deviled eggs. For the pickle deviled eggs, add finely chopped pickles to the rest of the egg yolk mixture. Put one of the flavored yolk mixtures into each egg white half. If you want, you can add paprika and fresh herbs to the deviled eggs. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before you serve it. Enjoy your Polish Deviled Eggs 4 Ways!
