Deviled Egg Delight: A Low-Carb Twist on a Classic Favorite This easy keto recipe transforms simple hard-boiled eggs into a flavorful appetizer perfect for any occasion. Ingredients 1 dozen hard boiled and peeled eggs 1/2 cup of mayonnaise 1 teaspoon yellow mustard, dijon mustard, or spicy mustard 1 tablespoon vinegar, white wine vinegar, or apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons lemon juice ? teaspoon garlic powder ? teaspoon onion powder Salt to taste Black pepper to taste (optional) Chives as a garnish or a sprinkle of paprika (optional) Instructions Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise with a sharp knife. Remove the yolks into a separate large bowl. Position the egg whites with the open side facing up on a serving dish. In the bowl with the yolks, add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use an immersion blender to blend the egg yolk mixture until completely smooth. Spoon the mixture into each of the egg white halves. Garnish with chopped chives or a sprinkle of paprika if desired. Serve at room temperature as a delightful finger food or a light meal. Enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

I loved this scene from the book: the familiarity with which Aziraphale serves himself on Crowley’s dish and how the Demon has nothing to say entirely express just how much these two are comfortable with each other. In the series scene we just see Aziraphale delighting himself with his own Angel Cake so it lacks this wondeful moment of familiarity. With the knowledge of the show that Crowley doesn’t even like eating, the fact that he got an Angel Cake just knowning that his Angel would want some makes it even more endearing.
Sigh, I’m in love with these two dorks.
