❁ : which language(s) do you think of as the most beautiful?
I really have a thing for the sound of Japanese for some reason… and I like the sound of spanish a lot… I also have a thing for “harsher” sounding languages… some english accents can be really interesting too… I also like the sound of korean a lot!!!
♡ : which languages do you speak/have you learned in school?
German (my mother tongue)
French (1 year in elementary school- i don’t remember a thing!)
English (4-5 years in school + some years of self study)
Latin (3 years in school…. not saying it was wasted time and effort…but it really was cause the language is as dead as my soul)
Spanish (1 year in school + I wanna take it up again some day)
As a child I used to be able to understand turkish (my dad’s language), but sadly I forgot everything ://
And two weeks ago I started learning korean and it’s so much fun so far and also the first language I’m studying all on my own, so wish me luck :))
So in conclusion the languages I’m fluent in are german and english + a tiny little bit of spanish
