The most powerful thing I've learned is that being a hero or being stronger is about the small moments. We tend to define relationships based on the bigger moments but when it really comes down to the moments that truly moves us like when it's those times where we don't believe we can and someone tells us that we can or someone shows up that we never thought would or we show up for someone we didn't necessarily feel like we wanted to before.
