Shout out to Jake/Jaqueline aka Courier who mainly only appears in Gambit 1999 just to be Remy’s friend that he is consistently pissing off and has insane chemistry with. I’ve never seen a character with a more confusing relationship with gender and I love it.

I saw someone ask what this movie's about and thought I'd mention it here. The film follows a homeless man who's cut himself off from his family for year as he travels from Edinburgh to London to stay at a homeless shelter there for Christmas. The story deals with his own problems, the nature of family and life and some of the harsher realities of being homeless. Through it all however Hector remains good natured and an enjoyable protagonist. Things are made a little more complicated however when he's reacquainted with his brother who wants an answer for why he left them all. The movie has a very human feel and Hector's a likable character and well rounded. I think it's a pretty good film. It's sweet in a way :)
