its a little funny to think that, as jake, i was a new yorker who liked making fun of brits, and this go round, im a brit who likes making fun of americans. i wonder… does this count as karma for me (affectionately) teasing steven all the time?

marc spector and steven grant… mis lunas. you are the most beautiful, most wonderful men i have ever had the pleasure of meeting, of being with, of sharing my life with. of any of my lives to go back to, i would choose this one over and over, no matter how hellish it was, just for you. i would do anything for you, both of you.
marc, i know you didnt think you were worthy of the love you got, but you were. you are. you are not ‘tainted’ like you believed. please, remember that always. steven, i know you always worried about coming across as too much, or too annoying, but you werent. you were endearing, and kind, and i have no doubt that you still are.

trying to buy jewellery in a jake shift is like. [looks up kh-nshus symbols because my dumb ass always forgets them] [really wants to buy ankh earrings despite how its not one of kh-nshus symbols, and desperately looking for anything with a crook and flail or a falcon] [ends up buying way too many moon themed things instead].
on a somewhat related note, i probably shouldnt decide what my first ever tattoo will be while im in this shift, but it doesnt seem like im coming out of it anytime soon so- FUCK IT WE BALL!

been in this shift for about two weeks. thought i was finally getting out of it. then i wore a hat and listened to some sad little indie bands and instead got pushed further into it. i dont think i even knew about these bands in my timeline, let alone listened to them. indie bands were more marcs thing, if i remember right. plus, the hat wasnt even like my old one. it was just a regular baseball cap. but kin brain go brrr, i guess?
