I was a pretty calm Saturday morning, there was nothing todo. The bakery was closed for the weeken, Zen didn’t have any rehearsals, and Ihad cleared my weekend. I wanted to just lay around with them and be lazy foronce.

Jaehee was at the kitchen table working on some jigsawpuzzle, she had been staring at it intently for a while now. I turn back to mybook when I hear Jaehee groan and stand up, shoving the chair back. Zen comesinto the room when he hears the commotion. Jaehee begins to pace by the table,annoyed.

“Why is this puzzle so HARD?!” Jaehee rarely raises hervoice so the fact that she did now stuns us both a bit. I’m standing up from myplace on the floor when I hear Zen speak.

“Wanna know what else is hard?” My head whips over to himand I glare.

“The book I’m about to beat your ass with?” I say, as Iraise my arm is if to actual hit him. He laughs and runs behind Jaehee. Shelooks at him unamused and she steps to the side. I run after him and runs away.

This continues until Zen, gracefully as ever, falls right onhis face.

I think that is obviously all very gross and problematic and he was way too damn old to be acting like that.

However, I do hope none of you are planning on send this to deuxmoi or reddit or wherever to get attention. Not because I give a fuck about that man, but because it's not going to do anything except hurt Ayo.

He is not famous or relevant so any kind of 'exposing' of him will only end up having people coming for her for being with him and spewing the same old "she's a self hating bw who only hangs with white people" bullshit. And honestly, I really do not think she is going to care that much about shit from 10 years ago because she "knows him now" or whatever...
