James Potter is a EIGHTEEN year old PUREBLOOD, they graduated from HOGWARTS from GRYFFINDOR house and are portrayed by BOB MORLEY on the dash.

BIOGRAPHY;
James Potter was never a quiet kid. He was full of wonder in curiosity. Growing up in a high than middle class pureblood wizarding family meant he had a lot of opportunities, and by luck his family never got mixed up in the drama and traditions most pureblood families did. James was often given everything his heart desired by his parents, often praised for his creativity. This led to James growing up boastful, arrogant and entitled. A kid full of imagination and the misguided belief that everything will be handed to you if you’re charming enough. He often found himself in trouble to to his curious nature, though took no heed because all it took was a smile and little white lie to free himself. For the trouble he couldn’t get out of he simply chalked it up to part of his reputation as cool and rebellious.
When James received his letter from Hogwarts his parents had already been prepping him for it. He strolled into that school the first day as if he owned it. He knew he belonged and deserved to be there, so he made it clear to those around him to. This quickly earned him his popularity. Being confident and talented meant that James rarely had to work for the praise he received. His trouble making ways and curiosity also acquired him just the right sort of friends, for example: Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew.
In Jame’s younger years he was known as the funny laid back kid, however he was also a tormentor. If he saw a chance to take pleasure or get a laugh out of messing with someone else he took advantage of that. Growing up arrogant and entitled made him feel like he didn’t have to answer to others, making him think he could act however he wanted. Although not cruel of heart, he was often assisted by his best friend Sirius, and spurred on by classmates, therefore he didn’t much care for trying to change his ways.
However, as he grew up things changed. He grew smarter, and encountered real life problems, most prominently his best friend’s family disowning him. Which caused Sirius to move in with James and his other close friend “condition”. He entered his sixth year and backed off on his bullying, still taking the piss out of a few of his favourites. He focused more on having fun with his friends, chasing a certain redhead and enjoying his last couple years of school. His last year at school was spent with his close friends, his girlfriend (that he constantly bragged about) and thinking of what he wanted to do with his life after school.
With the war close on his heels James chose to not pursue a career but simply join the fight. He aligned with the order of the Phoenix, one of the only few who’d been allowed to join before their graduation. Quickly after said graduation, in 1979, James parents died of Dragon Pox, which meant he inherited enough money to not have to worry about a paying job anyway. His dreams are to be able to grow up with a family and live a fun and adventurous life, however James is not naive. He knows his chances but is ready to fight for what’s right.
