🎄🥘 I totaly loved vietnamese food at @jamesbuncantine 😍 I took a soup Phô and Ca Hoi. It's with salmonand nems. Their nems are so good. I try to make the same with quinoa, edaname, vache qui rit, coriandre and cebette. The dessert with banana is called Ché Bap. FOOD // JAMES BUN CANTEEN

Hi guys! Last year I ate at a restaurant and I appreciated eating there so I thought I would share it on here. And if you are looking for new dishes of flavors from elsewhere to try this post might interest you.

I first discovered this restaurant thanks to Aimee Song! At that time, she was in Paris for Fashion Week and was having lunch somewhere in the city and her dish looked so appealing and yummy that my mouth was watering. Luckily Aimee shared where she was and I found out it was this restaurant called “James Bun” which serves Vietnamese street food dishes so when I knew one James Bun’s restaurant was open in a mall next to my uni I had to run out there and have a dish!

The restaurant has an offbeat universe that is particularly appreciated thanks to the gaudy colors and the atypical decoration. Morever the atmosphere is very chill and relax.

For my dish, I had a Bô bùn shrimps with cold rice noodles, organic carrot and cucumber, onion, soy, coriander and fresh mint and for my drink I took freshly homemade mango juice (it was amazing!)
