This one was also not accepted by Alterna’s If Anthology. I can’t really blame them the Anthology is PG-13 and this comic is barely that. I think this comic aged quite a bit better than Tarnished Age because it was a simple joke. I shouldn’t be surprised though, just last year I got The Complete Alan Moore’s Future Shocks and I was absolute astounded that many short stories from this grandmaster were jokes. Funny little five page jokes. (I am in no way trying to compare myself to Alan Moore, that would be silly). I actually wrote up 48 pages worth of short 1-5 page scripts for World’s Worst. I’m a bit reluctant to make it a whole book now, as I’d be afraid the humor written in 2011 at the birth of the nu52 might be a bit stale now. What do you think?
