// Jamie's crew member Princess can only speak telepathically. She can also direct others of her species through use of her pheromones, if there's not another queen around, but the risk to her is high if she encounters a queen.
She often acts as the mom of the group just by dint of being the person with the most sense. She had a particularly significant role in raising Jamie, since none of the other crew members were telepathic enough to help guide Jamie in controlling her psychic projections.

Headcanon | Jamie's crew
Hol is technically the leader/captain of the crew, since he's the one who owns (stole) Starcutter Prime. Day-to-day, Princess actually takes more leadership tasks on. Hol maintains veto power. He'll also step up in dire situations, because Princess is more than comfortable choosing where to refuel but less so deciding to engage in an incredibly risky endeavor.
There's some level of democracy that goes into significant decisions, though Hol still maintains veto power. Also, all of them have a hard time saying no to Jamie.
