The Long Good Friday

Just watched The Long Good Friday for the first time in a very long time and it got me thinking.

Now I realise that if the sequel Black Easter Monday was ever made how they would do it and who’d be in it. Sure it would probably be roundly hated but I’m still curious how they’d do it because unless they brought into modern day, I’m not sure they’d get away with a movie with the Yardies as the villains now.

Caught up with BBC Night of the Musicals this morning. Now I like Jason Manford, but Geez. the shows 90 minutes long and about 30 minutes of that Is Mr Manford doing links and bits. you could cut out a bunch of that and get another 2 perfomances in. please.
