She was an American actress and singer best known for her Broadway and off-Broadway stage performances!
In 1945, White made her Broadway debut in “Strange Fruit”!
Jane White originated the role of the tyrannical Queen Aggravain in the 1959 musical “Once Upon a Mattress”, and became one of the first Black actresses to play a European royal on Broadway!

Good day Everyone, my name is Jane White and today I will tell you my story.
Four years old, this is the age when I was adopted by the orphanage of Santa Vergine Maria, in the Colombian quarter of the city. .... I had a piece, the first piece of love, I have two dads and wow.....they are amazing
Ten years old, here I meet my love for dance. Wow, dancing is amazing, amazing, it's like.....flying. Yes. That's the feeling. Fly free.
Fifteen years old, IHHHHHHH. I gave my first kiss! To a stranger! I mean he's a singer of a band I love, so not totally stranger, I know him..... but he doesn't know me..... ANYWAY. It was amazing! .... I hope to meet him again.
Sixteen years old, I met him. My love....no he's not the guy of my first kiss but he's amazing, he's name is Simon! He's so kind with me, he wants to protect me everytime we go out together....even with my friends? Or the fact that sometimes he thinks that my outfit is too much...liberating. Maybe he just loves me too much, .... Am I right? Right?
Eighteen years old, I graduated from my school with all my friends! Wooooooooohhhhooooo it's amazing. They offered me to go party with them but..... I couldn't Simon said I may not going, he said he had something to tell me.....well, HE PROPOSED. *Show you the ring* Yeee...- I don't understand why I am not so happy but I am. I swear. I am.
Nineteen years old, .... *show a black eye* ... We are going well..... Oh this no no. We are nervous for the wedding and during a stupid fight about the dress I should wear I wanted a dress that makes me feel sexy, it's my wedding at the end. Meanwhile he wanted me to wear a more covered and not Sin dress. Then........he accidentally hit me....BUT HE DIDN'T MEAN TO......He didn't. He apologize immediately after that but.....he has something different. I.... I don't know.
Twenty-four years old ,. .... *more scars and signs of violence* ..... I .... I'm fine. We have been married for 4 years and look....we had a BABY! Isn't this child the cutest....Oh you are asking about the scars of both.... it's okay we were just..... playing. .... We were....j- *start crying* He thinks that I should.... quit my job and stay at home with our child.....but I am.... I am not sure.
Twenty-six years old , NOW STOP. I HAD ENOUGH! THIS ISN'T LOVE. I DON'T WANT THIS FOR MY KID OR ME. YES SIMON I SAID MY KID.......I....I.....I WANT THE DIVORCE!
