Tonight, I was given the honor to sit and watch an interview on Bigo Live's "Show & Tell" panel, with Janelle Estaa and DJ Ben Vera. Tonight, they interviewed a vocal angel named CiCi. Currently lives in the Los Angeles Area of California, born and raised in the Bay Area. This 28 yo, California native, started singing at the age of 2. Raised and influenced by her parents in the church.
Cicily said the comment "I really don't really remember a time I did not sing." Cicily sings at events, and venues at this time. The artist shared with Janelle and Ben Vera that she would love to work with artists such as Brandy and Jazmine Sullivan.
As all of us the lock down during Covid, shook all of us up, and for Cici, it was no different, "I was moving back to the Bay Area before Covid, and once Covid hit she as well as many artists, and musicians, were limited on the movements that they were used to. But in the change in the world CiCi shared " After a bad breakup, I became very comfortable with myself, and played guitar with her friend, via Zoom.
CiCi also shared with DJ Ben Vera and the viewers, like anyone else who is pursuing their passions, she as well had times where quitting came up. But she knew that she was not 9-5 er, and singing was a full-time job.
CiCi shared a moment to let us sample her vocals, singing "I Have Nothing" by the legendary and late Ms. Whitney Houston. And left many of us in tears.
