UPDATES!

So!

Situation changed a bit, so I won't be building a whole shed at the moment but I do have a forge now!

The stages so far

Table with cinder blocks for spark/ember control (bad idea)

Hammered rebar as a test

Removed cinderblocks and framed a crappy plywood box to keep things protected from the elements

P.S. if you're reading this for some reason, do not use CMU or concrete as an insulator for extreme heat, that shite holds water and thus could explode like an egg in the microwave if you're not careful

The first update!!

Gentle and ladymen, we have a slab!

I swept up all the pine needles, dirt, leaves, etc and got a rough measure of the depth of concrete (roughly one glove) and so I know I can easily put some Titen bolts in this thing!

I'll be using the #janesmith tag for my forge updates so keep an eye out for more horribly delayed shenanigans while I play in the dirt :3
