Under commissions, what does copy mean? Do you paint directly over a photo or screenshot?

‘Copy’ means using a photo/screenshot as a reference and copying it as closely as possible free hand with only minor changes if needed/wanted, no tracing or painting over. So a photorealistic-ish copy of a photo done in my style. Ordinarily they take longer because they tend to be more detailed, hence slightly more expensive. HERE is an example of a ‘Copy’ commission I did a a couple of years ago, here are similar examples (though not quite as detailed) done for fun or as prompts X, X, X

Reading that the episode 3 title was leaked as "The Final Problem" kinda feeds the fear that this season might be the last one. I know rumors are just rumors but I really don't wanna see the word "final" in NOTHIN right now...

I’d thought that they’d signed up for a fifth season already, though. If not signed, TPTB have said that they’ve plotted out the fifth season the same time they plotted out the fourth. Or am I making that up?

I think Mary and the baby will be killed in series 4. That's the tragedy that they are talking about I'm sure of it.

I’m still not entirely convinced that the baby will exist. Yes, they have filmed things with a baby, but after TAB how can we be ever sure if they are filming something real life for the series, or another Mind Palace scene? I mean, we literally thought we were getting a canon Victorian Sherlock episode and instead got Sherlock tripping balls on drugs. Perspective.

But yes. I think Mary will be dealt with too.

So I don't know if this has been brought up already (I know 50 Shades has ugh) but in reference to real BDSM, how does the the film Secretary measure up?

I’ve actually never seen this movie, but I’ve heard both good and bad things concerning it.

For BDSM in general though, as long as everything is safe, sane, and 100% consensual, if there are safewords and parameters in place, then it’s fine.

During an exceptionally long case Sherlock comes in to see John and his hair is REALLY long ;)

It takes forever to cut because John can’t stop plaiting it.

A Sherlock head canon I was thinking about while stuck in traffic today: do you think Sherlock cuts his own hair? That could be a thing right?

I think he’s way too high maintenance to try and cut his own hair. He’d need a professional stylist. Someone to shampoo and trim and shape his beautiful head of curls at a moment’s notice. 

I bet Sherlock spends a load on hair products.
