I loosely follow Maangchi Recipe; use red bell pepper, zucchini squash, carrot, hydrated shiitake, tofu skin (aburage) & hydrated hijiki –a type of sea weed– The last 3 ingredients was marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, mirin, sake & sugar for at least 10 minutes.
