Liberals talk about accountability, and yet they have none.

Where is the fbatimes accountability for the death of Jake Gardner?

Where is BLM's accountability when they scrub both of their websites?

Why are their "policing" tactics deemed acceptable, when the same standards within regular police deemed unacceptable by most of society?

I love Jared Gardner. His voice is like a softer, smoother version of Danny Devito’s, and I’ve never been more attentive to a lecture.

Like the archive, the comics form retains that which cannot be reconciled to linear narrative—the excess that refuses cause-and-effect argument, the trace that threatens to unsettle the present's narrative of its own past (and thereby of itself). The comics form is forever troubled by that which cannot be reconciled, synthesized, unified, contained within the frame; but it is in being so troubled that the form defines itself. The excess data—the remains of the everyday—is always left behind (even as the narrative progresses forward in time), a visual archive for the reader's necessary work of rereading, resorting, and reframing.

Last week I suggested I would continue my tour of some of my favorite resources for accessing comics in the  public domain by turning to the Digital Comic Museum, but I am going to defer that destination for a week to focus on a resource that does not squarely fall under the umbrella of “public domain.”
