We don't need multiversal travel to live in different universes.
More than ever before, two people can view the same footage and walk away with radically different, opposing understandings of what they just saw.
It is as though reality is so subjective that it is individually generated.
And if you insist that objective truth, metaphysically or practically, does exist? You'll be punished.
We struggle to even debate anymore. We're living in parallel worlds, in the same universe worlds with no shared map.
Forget ever demonstrating that you're right in an intellectually honest disagreement. Most can't even find shared realities in which disagreement could be negotiated.
