New York Yankees sign Jared Mitchell to minor league deal

The New York Yankees offseason plan continued over the weekend. While the organization has yet to sign a major league free agent, they made another minor league deal on Friday. The team inked outfielder Jared Mitchell to a minor league pact, according to Matt Eddy of Baseball America.
