I mean this could be the case and thus the lack of disclosure as to why Jared cancelled those conventions. My question is, why not film it now, why is it months from now? Why not announce the pilot being filmed? Could you show the meet and greet related post about this?
Little bit concerned by Jared at the convention today , he looked exhusted .
🚨 gut alert. You're joking, right? He looks a bit sunburned in the face, his sun bleached hair supports my guess that he was either relaxing in the pool or did some outdoor activities. But other than a little bit of swollen bags under his eyes, he looks good to me.
I was watching the Boston panel, and I won't lie, it saddens me that Jared is so against making movies. I know this isn't new, and I respect that he prefers TV, but I've seen him with very little ambition lately, and that means seeing him on screen less and less until he decides to quit altogether. This is just my speculation, but I think he'd prefer to focus on producing, as he said a few years ago; he's just still unsure about leaving the screen completely. Also, from the way he talks, I don't think he enjoyed making that movie at all. That accident might be a big factor, but I also don't get the sense that he's very keen to talk about it, and that worries me. Sorry for being pessimistic, but it makes me sad to think that Jared isn't enjoying his work like he did when he was focused on Walker.
I know he was pretty nervous doing the movie. It was outside of his comfort zone and he hadn't done one in many years. Then the accident happened and he broke his leg. I imagine he has some PTSD associated with the idea of making another movie now. 😢I've noticed whenever he's asked about it he really struggles and gets emotional and I think it's directly tied to what happened with his leg. If the rumor that it came from a high fall is true I would have PTSD, too. A fall from high up could have killed him if he had fallen on his head.
As for whether he wants to keep acting or not that is an interesting question. I do sense a great amount of ambivalence with him on that. I'm not sure if it's just generally he's not sure if he wants to continue acting and being in front of the cameras or if it's that he's just still trying to get his groove back after what happened with his leg. He seemed just fine with acting again last year and enjoyed doing the three episodes of Fire Country and the TB cameo. I guess we'll just have to see.
A dear friend of mine sent me these a bit ago. I'm sorry to say this but I'm extremely skeptical this is why he was crying in the hotel room. Seeing as how he spoke at JIB last month about missing his kids and had a breakdown after the con Saturday night and with what seems to be happening here, ummm yeah... I don't think this is why he was crying at all. People have such short memories if they believe this, I'm just saying... assuming there's any truth to this, this is the "external" reason why but was ultimately driven by "internal" reasoning, as in reasons he isn't telling us about directly.
Also funny how he apparently caught a red eye to Stockholm after going to Tom's middle school graduation ceremony, yet cancelled the Phoenix con that's next week. Hanging in Stockholm for the week, are we?
Hello friend I originally answered your ask in a reblog. Now, I don't know how much truth there is to this but I'm thinking this is only a half truth. I believe this person is telling the truth on what they were told... The question is how true is it coming from Jared's mouth?
I for one am rather skeptical that as a man who has spent 2 decades doing some of his own stunts on Spn, Walker, etc., he would carelessly be doing so called martial arts in close proximity of indoor furniture. This is for the reasons pertaining to children's spatial awareness still developing and because broken furniture or you know, someone getting hurt or something.
I had a couple friends who were trying to read his lips, one who is legally deaf and reads lips more, because this isn't a skill of mine lol. Both independently said they believe he said something to the effect of "I woke up the next morning finally" and he "fell to the side". The quality of the clip is admittedly not very great and neither is the angle. Also that woman needs to move darn it, ha ha. Thankfully Jared eventually started standing up, good on you Jared so we can attempt to read your lips for this purpose 🤣
Yesterday, for the first time ever saw The Big Lebowski because it's on Netflix and decided what the hell, I've never seen this movie before, let's try something new. Imagine my shocker when I saw the scene with the police officer throwing a mug at "The Dude" while telling him to stay out of Malibu. The Dude in the movie was hit also on his left side of the forehead in a slightly different spot from Jared. In case you don't know, Anaheim (where Jared was seen with this lump), is a little less than an hour and 15 min from Anaheim. I'm hoping this is not a sign of what REALLY happened.
I tend to think he certainly hit the ledge/corner of something which explains why there's a mark near Jared's left eye as well and a little swelling. Someone might try to shoot me or something for saying this but... I'm a wee skeptical of the story his son knocked him over doing so called martial arts, hit the table and hit the ground hard. I think there's some truth to this statement as in they technically did martial arts earlier that day BUT I am not entirely sure about this. Similar to the house repairs excuse for the rental. If you know, you know what I mean by saying that....
It seems like jared has some good support in jensen even if they’re a bit codependent (which i agree with btw). He seemed to be feeling a lot better at purcon compared to jib and it appears that he’s spent a lot of time with jensen already - at the airport together, arriving to con and walking on stage together. Not a tinhat, just glad to see jared doing a bit better and that he has friends like jensen right now
Anon, I want to full on agree with being glad they are there for each other. It's not that this is false because it isn't. I'm saying that I can't fully take accept this as a wholly good thing because frankly, he now lives in Connecticut for one. Two, Jared has repeatedly had breakdowns, the one arrest, and other negative events repeatedly happen. To me, this is all a sign the root of the issues are NOT being solved. Jensen isn't a fixer here. Did Jensen offering his arm this last breakdown fix the issues at hand? No. Is his spending time with Jared fixing the issues at hand? No.... Nothing Jensen or anyone else has offered or done has led to the root issues being fixed.
I'm inclined to think in fact all anyone around Jared has done is keep the cycle going. None of them are encouraging him to go towards what his destiny is calling for, what his mission here is. All anyone is doing at this point is either keeping the status quo or enabling the bad moments. Jared isn't learning the lessons that the higher powers are trying to get him to learn. Until he addresses the root of the issues contributing to his breakdowns, they will keep on happening. Great, he's feeling better for now... This will last how long? Days, weeks, maybe months at best?
Bottom line, yes the codependency is 💯 there and it is keeping Jared and even Jensen in the comfort zones of working and the SPN circle stuff... But it isn't leading to any actual growth or necessary changes on anyone's part. Yet another one of my unpopular opinions people are gonna grab the pitchforks and torches over lol. Sheesh, I saw someone send me the very same photo in my inbox first thing I woke up. Of course plenty of people are assuming he hit his head in a doorway or something. Yeah and for the morons suggesting allergies, ummm this is where you'd see swelling of the eyes or nose or something else and everything involved would be pink or red (inflamed looking). I want to think this is just from boxing or some other accident as others are saying but I'm not sure. Couldn't tell you. It has been quite the year for him that's for sure...
In case your interested, Jared cancelled fanfusion in Phoenix June 5-7 due to scheduling conflict. What conflict? He doesn’t do anything 😂
Anon I did see this con schedule also. He has another con the following week and the week before. So... What schedule conflict? Vacationing in Stockholm? Oddly enough, last year in July the horror con my best friend was planning to attend in Phoenix scheduled for that month was cancelled due to issues with the venue, the whole shebang. I wonder what's up with Phoenix man lol...
Seriously though guys... What scheduling conflict is there? Kind of reminds me of when Jensen pulled out of Rust over a "scheduling conflict" when there was nothing coming up. Not that I blame Jensen because of the shooting but why not just say that if it was just that? Hmmmmm...
