Jarlaxle won the favorites poll, so I'm gonna draw him, but in preparation for that I found a WIP that I started while reading The Silent Blade, that I completely forgot about.

I am so stupidly into this series and these characters and here's my pitch for why you should read it, with one pretty significant spoiler for book 11, read below the cut.

I just love that Jarlaxle's scheme to get the McGuffin item that our heroes have literally risked their lives to secure throughout multiple books actually works.

And Jarlaxle rules, but is still ostensibly a villain at this point, and he handles the godly power so competently that Drizzt is just like "You know what? Keep it."
