Roman!Percy/Greek!Jason:
Greek Jason and Annabeth are basically siblings, really. From having been on the run with Thalia and Luke to being at camp without Thalia. They’d be inseparable and a really great team, co-leaders of camp, especially after Luke betrays camp.
Nico and Jason would have become friends. Both their older sisters leaving them to join the hunt. Maybe Jason wouldn’t have promised Nico that he would keep Bianca safe, maybe - as a protective younger brother himself - he would have allowed Nico to tag along, because he would have not been deterred either. I don’t know if Bianca still died, or if she left and went with the hunt, but either way, Nico stays back at Camp Half-Blood with Jason, with whom he becomes friends.
Sally would be living in New Rome. Gabe would have never entered their life. They’d have moved to New Rome when Percy was six and started manifesting powers.
Percy’d be praetor, with Reyna. He definitely dated Reyna for a while. That’s a thing that happened for Roman Percy. He’d... be more serious. I’d like for him to take on some wolf-characteristics from being trained by Lupa - growling and snarling. I also imagine Percy with more visible scars than his Greek self. Wolf claw scratches.
Percy would be wary of the Greeks when he regains his memories after his quest with Piper and Leo. Him and Annabeth would have a serious rivalry going on, both headstrong and Annabeth missing her little brother.
+1: But sparks definitely fly between Percy and Jason. I think Roman Percy would be more daring, more flirtatious. Flustering Jason. They kiss the first time they brew together their storm and start long-distance dating after the war.
Prince!Magnus/Jace:
Jace would be a royal knight of a neighboring country, King Valentine trying to assassinate the royal family and take over himself. So Jace is sent to kill the gorgeous prince.
But Magnus is still his charming self. He finds the young knight in need of shelter and help and offers it and makes his assassin fall for him.
The thing is, Magnus isn’t happy. He doesn’t like Edom, he doesn’t like his father. He dreams of freedom. Much like Jace does.
The two would run away together, to another kingdom, to live together, in peace. The kingdom ruled by Queen Imogen.
Where they find out Jace is actually also a prince and hey, Magnus is gonna get to be king after all... by marrying another future king!
