It had been a really crazy day full of adventures

Of excitement, dragons, hunters and a lot of people

The three of you got mildly hurt and scared for each other

Especially you and Jaskier, who freaked out over the other

So it was an emotional day just with that, worrying about your friends

Geralt was also really moody at you two the whole day

Because you and Jaskier were so close and talkative all the time

He kept rolling his eyes at you two as he saw you interacting

Especially when Jaskier took your hand and dramatically sighed

“My poor heart stopped when I saw you falling down to the ground, Y/N”

You knew he was playing around a little, but had been truly concerned

Finally arriving to a tavern to blow off some steam, you drank

Not enough to actually get drunk, but yes to be slightly cheery

Jaskier was loudly singing ‘Toss A Coin To Your Witcher’ at the moment

(That damn song has been stuck in my head for a week now)

And you were joining him, finally relaxing from the stressful day

Jaskier was also in a great mood now for the same reason

So he took you to dance with him and made you laugh

That was when things got a little intimate, since you were really close

Your bodies were pressed together as you gleefully danced

Your noses almost touched with the closeness,

You blushed at the realization, Jaskier sweetly smiling at you

He squeezed his hand against the small of your back

There where it had rested during all the dancing and spinning

“What a day, huh?” You muttered awkwardly, pretty embarrassed

“Enough to write a fantastic song” He replied, still smiling

Then came the silence as you stared into each other’s eyes

You were suddenly captivated by that closeness and intimacy

The tavern around you seemed to dissapear completely

It was only you and him now, blocking out the noise and people

The two of you seemed to be breathing heavily now

You thought it was from the dancing, but maybe something more

Your souls and minds seemed connected as you moved in sync

Closing your eyes and leaning in until your lips finally touched

Jaskier held on to you, seemingly letting out all the tension of the day

Urgently squeezing you against him like he had been craving to do

You also melted in the embrace, placing your hands over his shoulders

The kiss was sweet and passionate, slow as you enjoyed every second

His lips were soft, tasting a little like the liquor you both drank

His hands were gentle, even as they urgently pressed you against him

You would have happily kissed for hours, it was so exhilarating

You were tingling all over and had butterflies in your stomach

But you were running out of oxygen and had to pull away

When you did, gasping for air, you had to take a moment

Your eyes were closed just for a little longer to linger on the sensations

It was Jaskier chuckling that forced you to look at him

“You okay there, Y/N? Am I such a good kisser?”

His smirk was annoying you and driving you crazy at the same time

You had to take a moment to catch your breath to reply, holding on to him

“Shut up, before you start singing one of your stupid songs”

He laughed at your joke and tightened his arms around you

“So this is why Geralt was so annoyed at us”

You laughed at what he said too, even if none of you moved

You were still incredibly close and clutching on to each other

“Let’s find him, before he gets in trouble again” you replied with a grin

Jaskier nodded and took your hand to guide you through the tavern

You heard him humming a tune that was new to you

You smiled to yourself, flustered when you thought about it

Maybe you were his inspiration for a new ballad after all

Hi! Could you please write an imagine or some headcanons (whaterver you feel most comfortable with) for Jaskier with a paintress s/o? Like while he writes songs about his adventures with Geralt she paints them ( comic-like stories or just big ass posters of their "victories") :3

Jaskier:

Jaskier was always quite vocal about his music

Always playing his lute, singing songs and asking for feedback

Composing and mumbling lyrics as well as confirming they sound well

But you were more secretive about your art

So secretive in fact that neither Jaskier not Geralt knew about it

Until one day, after a unique adventure, you both sat down

Jaskier was writing down what you assumed were lyrics

Or perhaps quick notes while the memories were still fresh

You curiously watched him as he fervently wrote down

“Can you say it out loud, what you’re writing?” You suddenly asked

Surprised by your petition, he lifted his head up and looked at you

“I can… Why?” He smirked. “Curious about my next song?”

“Something like that” You grinned and pulled out your notebook

As Jaskier describes what he’s writing, you let your imagination soar

Reminiscing what you lived as well as his slight exaggeration of it

You start drafting your painting, focusing entirely on it

Jaskier’s voice becomes a background noise, a tale of your art

You now have a vivid image in your head that you try to portray

All the details are perfectly present in your imagination

You will need a stable place to finish it, but your draft looks good

“What… What is that?” Jaskier suddenly asks you, watching you

You show it to him, even if it’s just lines for now, and he gawks at it

“You’re an artist too?!” And his own imagination is already wild

He rambles on about how much of a perfect team you are

He provides the music and your provide the images

Together you can become famous, great artists that will go down in history

Jaskier just becomes obsessed with your art, especially when it’s finished

The first time he sees one of your finished paintings, he’s speechless

“Oh, my sweet Y/N, a beautiful woman and a talented artist as well”

Honestly, he can’t get enough of it, he adores it so much

Jaskier compliments you every time you do a new piece

No matter how many he has seen, he’s always in awe at it

Like he’s discovering your beautiful talent and art for the first time again

He wants to share your talent with the world, starting with Geralt

How would Jaskier react if future s/o who was warrior was fighting off Nilfgaardian soldiers and after they were fighting get stab through the chest, almost ends dying but Geralt bring to a healer and ends surviving??

This is pretty much a headcanon request, but remember to specify the type of request next time to avoid confusion! ;)

Jaskier:

Jaskier was afraid, somehow being involved in a great battle

You luckily were a warrior and could protect him from any harm

Geralt was also on his way, so that thought was comforting

Not only for him, but for you too, you were overwhelmed

Although a great warrior, you were outnumbered and exhausted

So much so that you ended up getting severely hurt

One of the Nilfgaardian soldiers managed to reach you

You heard a gasp when it happened, but couldn’t tell if it was you

Because Jaskier had also gasped behind you, which gave you strength

Helped you power through it knowing you had to protect him

Managing to fight them off for long enough to run away

Jaskier helped you stand since you were rendered weak and feeble

He was panicking, though, since he felt so helpless

He did manage to drag you away from all the danger and hide you

At least until Geralt finally arrived, it shouldn’t take him long

“Where is he…?” Jaskier uttered, looking around frantically

You tried to tell him it would be okay, but had no strength

“Y/N… T-Tell me what to do” He said with watery eyes. “Please…”

You opened your mouth, but couldn’t find your voice

You were losing a lot of blood very quickly

All you managed was to press a hand against your wound to demonstrate

Jaskier swallowed his tears and nodded, putting pressure on your wound

“Don’t die on me… Oh god, please don’t die, Y/N, stay with me”

You were scared yourself, seeing how bad it was, how much blood

Jaskier was now bawling his eyes out, unable to contain himself

Just the thought of losing you made him so overwhelmingly anxious

He thought he would actually go insane if you died, he was terrified

“S-Stay awake” He held your hand and squeezed it. “Talk to me”

Jaskier tries to distract you and keep you talking you, keep you alive

His efforts are pointless when you end up passing out from blood loss

Luckily, Geralt is just arriving and they manage to get you to a healer

The witcher is very worried and very angry, but Jaskier…

Jaskier is driving himself mad with grief ever since you passed out

Even if you’re still alive, holding on to life, he begs you to stay

He has never cried so hard in his life, refusing to let go of your hand

The healer was capable enough to cure you and get you out of danger

Geralt was relieved when you woke up, but Jaskier was euphoric

“Oh, my… Y/N, you’re alive! You’re awake, I could kiss you!”

He hugged you tight and refused to let go of you

That even when he did speak, it was pretty brief anyway

There was someting bothering him, you could tell

“Is something the matter?” You asked him

He had been frowning to himself, deep in thought

But he lifted his head and locked eyes with you

“It’s nothing, really” Jaskier rolled his eyes a little

But you knew he was taking importance out of it

“Want to tell me about it?” “It’s… Geralt…”

“What did that mean witcher do now?” You joked, earning a smile

You hadn’t seen him smile in a while, so it was progress

“He said my singing is like a pie without filling”

You were honestly surprised about that comment

While Geralt could be blunt, you know he didn’t really mean it

And you told Jaskier this, but it didn’t comfort him

“But your music is great, you know I love it!”

Jaskier shrugged, even if he still seemed a bit sad

He kept looking down and shifting his feet like a child

“Will you sing to me?” You suddenly asked him

“What? But I don’t have my lute with me right now”

“I know, it’s alright. Your voice is already beautiful by itself”

You could already tell he was a little happier

He began singing to you, and you smiled at the song

He had chosen a love song, one of your favorite ballads (and he knew)

Jaskier lost himself in the music, passionate about it as usual

You honestly enjoyed his singing so much

He smiled big now, staring at you and taking your hand

You closed your eyes as you squeezed his hand in yours

He sees how much you truly like it and feels better

When he finishes the song, you’re almost sad about it

You just genuinely enjoy the sound of his voice

As I said, since scenarios are closed, I would do it as a prompt or headcanons. I decided to do it as headcanons in the end, hope you like them :D

Jaskier:

You were just so overwhelmed with everything

A lot had happened lately and you were sad and heartbroken

Traveling with them wasn’t as lighthearted as you would have wanted

And one day, it all became too much after you lost a companion

Both your friends could tell you weren’t okay after that

Geralt preferred to give you some space and some time

Jaskier was just very sad to see you like that and wanted to help

When you stopped to rest, he saw his opportunity to talk to you

“Y/N?” He cautiously asked. “Do you want to talk?”

His words were like a reminder of what happened

Of everything you had been trying to forget, because it hurt so much

But you needed to face reality, as cruel as it was

You shook your head as tears welled up in your eyes

Jaskier was startled that you bursted out like that

But he managed to react quickly and was by your side in a flash

“It’s alright, you can talk to me” He sweetly told you

Jaskier didn’t want to overwhelm you even more

So he resolved to put a hand on your back for now

He’s very respectful of your boundaries, and very thoughtful

If you don’t want to talk, he won’t force you at all

But he’s willing to intently listen if you need to vent

Jaskier is also ready to silently sit by your side

Not disrupting the silence, but not leaving you alone either

Unless you specifically ask him to give you some space

He won’t touch you if you ask him not to

If you allow him, though, he’ll hold you tight

He’ll let you bawl your eyes out and cry on his shoulder

He will whisper gentle words of comfort and understanding

“It’s alright, it’s over now” “You can cry” “It will be okay” “I’m here for you”

Honestly, he would be a bit awkward about it all, but not show it

Mostly because he would usually make some jokes, but not then

He doesn’t find it appropiate at that moment, even for cheering you up

His mere presence proves more helpful than you could imagine

The fact that he’s there with you, supporting you

That he’s being serious and patient and so sweet and kind

You lean into him as you put your head on his shoulder

After that, you had run out of tears and feel exhausted

Jaskier will gently wrap his arms around you again

And stay with you, giving you anything you need

Affection, kind words of encouragement, silence or space

When you feel a little better, you decide to make a little joke

To thank him for his help and to let him know you feel better

“It must have been really hard for you to be quiet for so long”

Jaskier’s entire face lights up at your words and your teasing

“It has, actually” He playfully replies, smiling. “But I did it for you”

“How lucky I am” You say it sarcastically, but actually mean it

He seems to pick up on this hint and feels his heart warm

“Would you like to hear a song? That might cheer you up”

“Of course, Jaskier” “There’s that beautiful smile again”
