Jason looked up from his work and left his little office to see who was calling for him. "Why hello, yes I'm here. How can I help you?" he smiled amiable, the stubble making him look a bit scruffy, probably taking a bit away from the sterile image the pristine white of the labcoat gave him.

As in, what image does that stirr in your head? Would you like the guy? Mistrust him? What would your first impression of him be?
