so s3 of The 1OO is basically a tale of how Jrot ruined his own show

Can we put representation on the side for a moment and look at how dumb Jrot is thinking his show can be successful after what he did? Most of the fandom was here for Grounders. Season 2 was fucking Great, because of the Grounders, people loved them! Most of the hiatus everyone was talking about Grounder culture and trigedasleng and Polis and we were soooo interested in it, we wanted to know more. Half (or more) of the fandom was here for Lexa, almost everyone loved Grounders (maybe except for Lexa-hating Blarks but even they only hated on her and loved Grounders in general) and especially after how they completely ruined Arkers with the Pike/Boris Genocide Storyline no one gives a flying fuck about Sky People except for the few main ones we love??? But the ones we love like Clarke or Raven are always suffering and aren’t even allowed to grieve, others like Monty don’t even have storylines and are just background characters and those who are allowed to grieve and do have a storyline are either Jaspear Immortal who most people don't care about or Boris who was once Bellamy but was turned into mass murderer for the sake of dumb one-season-long storyline. So Arkers are ruined, Grounders are all getting killed (Indra probably too pretty soon, I mean 1) she’s a Grounder and a POC 2) Adina is on another show - much better show may I add) and apparently they want to focus on Arkers in s4. Who are they kidding thinking this show has a chance of being successful after they ruined every single thing that was good about it? S3 had so much potential but all it is are filled with holes storylines and characters (honestly at this rate we don’t even have to sabotage it, Jrot is just gonna kill all his characters).

following the prev anon about titus. lexa was literally an allegory for being in closet (idk how ppl don't see it w/ the whole 'love is weakness' thing and her not being able to love who she wants etc) and titus her "father figure" who disapproves of her love for clarke KILLS her. essentially her homophobic father kills her and has no repercussions bc he thought "he was protecting her" whAT KIND OF MESSAGE IS THAT. im so angry oh my god

Yeah, that’s why so many wlw related to Lexa on such deep level, because we all felt it at some point, rejected our feelings, hid because of disapproving family members. “He thought he was protecting her”, yeah like religious homophobic parents sending their children to therapies to brainwash them, because they believe that’s what’s good for them. And yknow you could argue Jmuppet didn’t realise this big ass allegory, but considering how well aware he was of dead lesbian trope and how often Shawna interacted with the lgbt part of the fandom - I call bullshit. He fucking knew all of this, but he didn’t care. Jrot only cares about his number of followers on fucking twitter and about ratings, never about real human beings (which isn’t surprising if he bullies his cast). This is all fucking disgusting, I don’t even have words anymore……
