El clásico Taco Jaas. Una delicia... Me quito el sombrero. ______ With you, the one and only: Taco Jaas. Now I finally understand why this place is well known. Last night at Taco Bongo I fell in love with their Rib Eye, they tried doing something similar with the sliced peppers and cheese, but it was just not working for me. Here at Jaas they got it mastered. The cheese is flavorful the peppers actually have some heat and the asada is just impeccable. Go to Taco Bongo for the Campechano and Rib Eye. Come here for their asada, Lorenza and pellizcada. All of them filled with their superb carne asada. Primer round: taco al pastor y Campechana (aquí la hacen con asada y tripa) ___ First round: al pastor and Campechana (remember up here they do it with asada and tripe) I sometimes make decisions that in the back of my head I know ill regret, but that's the only way to learn. While Tacos Jaas has a pretty decent al pastor taco, it simply can't beat the ones from Mexico City or even @leostacotruck in LA. The portions are very very generous though. The Campechana? It was pretty good, I have to give it to Jaas, their asada meat is top notch and very flavorful, however for some reason I liked the Campechana more at taco Bongo, now this is just a personal preference, here at Jaas, the tripe is chewy and very deliciously moist while at Taco Bongo it's crispy on the outside yet remains chewy in the inside.
