NPC: Jathim Ironthane

Jathim Ironthane is a Lawful Good male dwarf Expert and Paladin dedicated to Torag, the god of being dwarven. 30 years ago, Jathim Ironthane was an experienced artist of all things metal in service to a powerful dwarven lord in the Lands of the Linnorm Kings north of Varisia. When the lord received word that his lands were going to be attacked, he ordered Jathim and the other artisans to evacuate, even before women and children. Jathim went to him to plead that his wife and son be evacuated in his place, and the lord refused, saying "Jathim, you are a master smith! Your talents will be needed elsewhere. Could I, I would evacuate all of the civilians in my lands, but that just isn't possible. Now, I don't have time to be gentle with you: Jathim! You are more valuable to the survivors than your family is! You are more valuable to the dwarven race than ten times your family would be! Now go home and let your wife slap you for asking such foolish questions!" When he got home, Jathim's wife slapped him. Fleeing from memories and guilt, Jathim found himself being rowed ashore to the tiny thorp of Reeftide, still too new to have a real dock--just some bit of wooden nonsense. For 10 years, Jathim busied himself seeing to the needs of Reeftide. Then, 20 years ago, Jathim saw the face of a dwarf appear in his forge. It spoke to him, claiming to have come at the behest of Torag to tell him that he had been chosen to find the way of the Paladin--that he would be needed soon. Resolved to do his duty by his god, dead family and dwarvenkind itself, Jathim set out to become a Paladin... but since he has not yet been called to action, Jathim is still quietly (re)training, preparing himself for the coming trials, and contemplating the meaning of the word "soon" in the mouth of the gods. Jathim is an active member of Reeftide's community, having as much, if not more sway than Lady Morgain over Reeftide's people, who have come to rely on Jathim's patience and intractability to the thinly-veiled abuse dished out by Lady Morgain.

My Questions:

How do you like your eggs? 

 If you could have all the books in the world, or all the shows in the world, which would you choose and why, pick one only.

Now my questions from humorismymask:

1. What is your favorite element? (Fire, earth, air, time, electricity, etc) My favorite element would have to electricity probably, its awesome. 

2. Favorite book you’ve ever read and why. only one, choose carefully. Favorite book, dang okay, I think the Everafter is a book I could read again.  I like how the author made up what the afterlife could be and stuff, if that makes any sense. :3 

3. Do you prefer maths and logic like classes, or English and more creatively designed classes. More creatively designed classes, there's so much leeway when it comes to those classes. 

4. The Sword, The Shield, or The Wand. Why? The sword, because i'd love to just slay something, maybe an imp  but really, i'd like to learn how to use it and defend myself.

5. Star Trek or Star Wars and why? Star Wars, i'm not really in the know with Star Trek, but I love the Star Wars series, the creatures are amazinggg and the story of course. 

If you had to choose, would you rather have all the books in the world, or one that allowed you to it’s adventure when ever you wanted without worry, but only the plot in the story, no straying. I'd like to go into an adventure whenever I wanted, see what happens. 

6. Favorite type of music? Electronic and a bunch of other stuff. 

7. You’ve been given two options. A mass murder without conscience is about to kill a mother and her 5 year old child. you are allowed to save one, which do you choose? why? The child because they are more innocent and deserve to live life as fully as they could, still really sad though :CCC. 

8. In greek mythology, which god would you wish to be a child of and why? Artemis, i'd get to hunt and use a bow, it'd be great. :D

9. Do you like puzzles? Sometimes, depends on what kind of puzzle, really. 

10. You you rather be able to fly, be able to read minds, or be able to control computers with thoughts? Definitely fly, i'd get to go places and just flying in general sounds like a blast. 

11. 100000000 points to whoever answers this correctly. What is the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow. This is from Monty Python :D, sadly, I haven't seen it sorry... xc
