Grian and Jimmy are brothers. And, swear to god, Grian almost killed Sausage and Scott the second he found out the two were dating his little brother. Jimmy had to beg and plead Grian to not absolutely maim his boyfriends with his watcher abilities. Grian was so close to just deleting the both of them, but Jimmy threatened to tell him on Xisuma. He can't do it if X would find out! He would be forced to sleep on the couch!
Jimmy's glad Grian is on his side sometimes, but maiming his boyfriends is not the way to do it! Jimmy's a grown man, and Scott and Sausage have been nothing but sweet to him! Sausage was so excited about meeting Grian and making a good impression, too. He can't do that if he's dead.
Sure it's a low blow to threaten to tell Xisuma, but it was necessary to make sure Grian didn't do something he regretted. Jimmy and Grian still don't talk for a long time, Jimmy ignoring Grian's attempts to bother him until he apologizes.
Grian eventually breaks and tells Xisuma what happened, and gets a stern talking to from him, as well. And maybe Grian's not used to being told off, because first he sulks. But finally, he apologizes to Jimmy in the most over the top way he can. He even gets presents for his dumb boyfriends!
... okay maybe they're kinda sweet. Especially with Jimmy.
