I remember running over to Bauer Bros. Salvage to find an awning window quick for this shot. Tim hung the @hollyhunt @philipjeffries #JavaCork with copper #wallcovering on the end wall and we strung the hanging terrariums up on a boom arm. We also placed a frosted paper over the back side of the window to make sure we could focus on the glass in the foreground. // I’m sort of a stickler for real plants. I don’t like faux greenery because there are no accidents of nature in fake plants. They are too perfect. I like the asymmetry and odd, messy growth of a real plant. I searched for herbs for this shoot and found a strawberry plant with fruit by some miracle.
