since im rewatching the show in preparation for season four i have a question for my fellow yellowjackets fans

do you guys also think the moose under the ice was foreshadowing javi’s death??

every time i mention it to my irls they shoot it down and im like- is media literacy dead or am i searching for connections that aren’t there?

also, sidebar to this:

do we believe there was actually wilderness spirit?

because the way im interpreting the show is-

lottie was schizophrenic and ran out of her meds

+ the starvation the team is experiencing + the shrooms

+ some coincidences (the birds, the bear)

+ the token religious girl (accidentally) feeding lotties delusions

= wilderness spirit granting them favors in return for blood spilled

idk, that’s the way im gathering information. i’m not a huge fan of like, evil ghosts in the woods type stories, so i’m not into the whole wilderness spirit thing

id love to hear others thoughts :)
