Liking Travis or Ben doesn’t make you “Male centered” just because the show is focused on women.

‘Male Centered’ could technically be correct, because they do center around male characters, but that term implies something more negative. It’s similar to the word ‘pick me’

I find it really disheartening that people feel this way about the male characters in Yellowjackets, because they’re also interesting. Travis actually has a very complex story about SA, so it’s sad that it’s not as fleshed out as some of the other character’s story lines. I would argue that Travis suffers almost as much as Shauna, especially if we include his struggles with addiction later in life. I think the whole “lesbian soccer show haha” joke really waters down how good this show really is, regardless of the characters you focus on.

TLDR: Travis is awesome and I block people who disagree

Natalie and Travis

The way they are written has me in a chokehold. So incredibly sincere, so desperately intimate and gentle. Every movement of theirs? every expression of their love is so tender.

Natalie had one foot in the grave from the first episode, until travis and javi beat her to it, "wait for me im coming too" is natalie and the martinez siblings.
