i read through the so called “ethicists” statement for banning sex robots

it’s weirdly misogynistic? like they also talk about being against amnesty international’s call to decriminalize human sex work? like decriminalization would be a huge step forward for making things safe for sex workers. but i also don’t see how that has any place in an argument for or against sex bots?

also a “ban” on the entire concept seems misguided. making sex work illegal has not decreased it’s presence in the world it has only made things harder and more dangerous for sex workers. wouldn’t a proposed set of guidelines be more beneficial? then it would be easier to enforce sexbots only being available for those 18+ and being strictly programmed to look/act 18+ themselves? it seems to me that would be the wiser path.

also they said the existence of male sex robots would be irrelevant and excuse you irrelevant for who exactly? not only that but their entire statement reads surprisingly sexist. they assume women (of any sexual orientation) have no interest in sexual relations with robots.

the two “ethicists” behind the campaign seem very backward thinking in the area of sex work as a whole, for humans or potential future robots. and honestly their views don’t seem very ethically sound to me.

Panadol Osteo is for chronic joint pain, and any of the nsaid creams that heat/cool are good.

i think panadol makes something called panadol osteo. i'm not sure what the difference is but i think it's meant for joint pain

yeah we had a pack of that but ???? who knows where it is now lmao. im always kinda skeptical of those though bc its basically still just paracetamol but its def worth a try
