On her first day of school April had a really tough day. When she got home she started to cry...

Her mom heard her and came in to check on her....She asked her what was wrong, they talked for a little while and before she knew it she felt better 

But that is not where this story ends.....

When her dad found out how she was feeling, even though she was feeling better he took her out for ice cream and karaoke even though it was raining!

After such an looooong day when they got home they both needed a nap, and THEN the sweetest thing happened he took a nap in her room (on the most uncomfortable bench a parent has probably ever slept on) just so she could know he was there for her!!!!!

I love this family soooo much
