WHAT UHHHH

thank you so much to all of my moots, those who i interact with often, those who i see maybe once a year, old moots, new moots, really anyone who's taken the time to hit that small follow button next to my username.

i know ultimately its just a number on my screen, and some of those followers are just bots, but the fact that even one person saw me in some way and decided to follow means soso much.

when i started this blog, i was going through a rough time. i was getting adjusted to a new school, and i started talking to my new friends less and less. now, almost two years later, ive made friends, came across media ive begun to adore, and even accidentally trolled people that i thought were bots lol

i'll give a few moot shoutouts, but just know if you're one of my followers, you're special to me.

@parapara-paya you were my first omori moot, and i'd like to thank you for making me more comfortable to interact with people who enjoyed a media that has continued to alter my brain chemistry to this day. i hope you continue to make art that you love, and the future brings lots of hope with it. you're an amazing person, and you should know it.

@dannybobany we don't interact all that much, but you were the first person that really scared me when i saw that you had followed me back. seeing all you've while scrolling through my dash absolutely makes my day, and i hope seeing me in your notifs gives you at least a little serotonin too. may you be protected from creative block forever <3

@artock395 i truly believe you are an incredible person. i really appreciate all the kindness you've shown me, and especially the chance to join a server where i could interact with more people like me. your writing has such a beautiful cadence to it, and i hope that talent stays with you. thank you so much!

@clearlykelsey i am so glad we met. you are such a joy to talk to, and you're a lot more creative than you give yourself credit for. your willingness to listen, and to throw banter back and forth, is so refreshing, and you have such a great natural sense of humor that i couldn't mistake for anyone else.

@sunny-omor1 frankly, you're amazing. funny, kind, and incredibly bright (in both ways.) must i go on? your humor, even though it may be odd sometimes, has truly made some of my darkest days so much lighter. i know life can feel like a bullet straight to the back, but you take it so well, and i really admire that. may you one day get to eat a pound of uranium :)

@regressorkel thank you so much for being my friend. you're forever empathetic and kind, and you are just such a good person to co-miserate with. talking to you feels so easy (even if its just in a comment section,) and i hope you have someone who makes you feel just as amazing. you deserve it a million times over.

@epicmilly talking to you feels like a breath of fresh air. we have so much in common, and i adore your willingness to just talk about wherever the conversation goes. you have so many talents, i couldn't even begin to list them off. you are just... amaze amaze amaze <3

and to all my moots, mentioned or not, thank you so much. you have listened to me when times weren't going so well, shown me all of your amazing creations, and introduced me to media that has become a core part of my being. i hope life is kind to you, and please take this as your sign to give yourself a little pat on the back. life can be so hard, but you have all made it this far, and that deserves a little treat in itself. thank you for helping me become the person i am today.

thank you, tumblr, for all you've done for me. although it's been more of a love/hate relationship at times, all the people i've met here have made it more than worth it. i cannot give enough thanks for that.

you all inspire me to keep going. please allow me to give that back to you.
