I am now taking requests from all my patrons! Of course there are rules and the way it works has to be very precise to comply with patreon’s backwards and puritan notions about “gambling”, so keep reading.
I really liked doing the sketch requests back in September, and I wondered how I could keep doing that and still keep up with the regular monthly rewards that I promised to make. I could have made a commission tier, but that would leave out a lot of people and probably burn me out if I committed to too many. The other obvious answer was raffles, but patreon doesn’t allow raffles.
So, this is what I’m offering. I have set up a spreadsheet where I’m inviting all my patrons to submit art requests. Your monthly pledge gives you the following benefits:
Bronze and Silver tier patrons can post one request to the spreadsheet, and the request must be either SFW, or no more hardcore than mild nudity.
Gold and Platinum patrons can post two requests, and the requests can be whatever you want as long as they conform to the rules below.
Every month I’ll use my top secret and completely fair system to choose which of the requests I’ll draw first. The drawings I make for the requests will go up on the Patreon feed in low resolution, possibly with a watermark if lewd, and will be part of the end of the month reward download, clean and in high resolution.
The requests are secondary though, to the main rewards that my patrons vote on every month. So how many requests I get to will depend on how much other work I have that month, but there will be at least one, but probably two or three.
Keep in mind the following rules when making a request:
There are some things I don’t draw. Furry, guro, vore, scat, diapers, inflation/expansion, muscle, yaoi, shota, basically anything involving sexualizing a male character. And possibly some other things too! This isn’t an exhaustive list. If it’s a really unusual fetish, it might belong on up there too. If it’s not a theme you’ve seen me draw before, please ask first.
I won’t say you can’t request a male character at all, but have you seen the men I draw? We’ll probably both be happier with the outcome if you ask me to draw a cute or sexy girl. (I suspect that’s what most of you are here for anyway).
I reserve the right to decline a request, especially if it doesn’t conform to the rules, but also if it’s something that you should have asked me about first.
All patrons with the link can edit the spreadsheet, but please just use it to enter your own and don’t mess with, alter or delete other people’s requests. I don’t think any of you would, but that would just be mean. You can change or update your own at any time though before I start working on it.
If it’s an OC you’re requesting, have a reference prepared that I can use and not just a description.
Please limit requests to no more than two characters, and keep in mind that I’ll spend the same amount of time on one character requests as on two character requests. So the quality will probably be better for single characters. If the request is very complicated (like crazy poses or complex, super-intricate outfits or hairstyles) the quality will also likely suffer.
Unfortunately, I don’t have time to draw elaborate backgrounds for these, so the background will just be a plain color or an abstract gradient.
Finally, there are four things Patreon doesn’t allow, yes four are an abomination to it. They are incest, underage lewd, beast, and suggestive sexual violence. So don’t request those. Other than that, have fun! (I haven’t tested them on it, but I think that unlike DeviantArt’s retarded system, to Patreon mods, if it looks like a loli, it is a loli, and if it looks like a grown woman, it is, no matter what the number in the “age” column says on the wiki.
