The fact Ven got this twice amuses me to no end, lol. Ah? I wouldn't bet on Vendetta with explosives. There's a lot that could go wrong and going wrong means probably losing limbs. Vendetta likes nir limbs. :'l 4 out 10. Definitely could manage an average or slightly better, but ne overthinks too much and something in that explosive is gonna go wrong. The fact the Museum went off as well as it did was all Dr. Mortum, let's be real.
🔫 — long range weapons: jayne
If FHR allowed sniper rifles, Jayne would have a sniper rifle. Long range weapons is so much more him, it's absurd. TToTT He'd be so much more comfortable being The Crack type of villain than what he is now. Actual skill level though? Eh. Needs practice, but he's definitely has some natural talent for aiming and ranged weapons~ Frustration will not kill the efforts here~ 6 out of 10, and will go up fast with practice.
🍀 — luck: lulu
Oh, this one is tough. I feel like Lulu has the same luck as my Courier Six has, which is as low as possible but it still loops back into performing miracles more than abysmal luck should?? Like, Lulu survived the Nanosurge, and Catfiend, and the Void, and Heartbreak, and the Farm. Twice.
But they also had to experience the Nanosurge, and Catfiend, and the Void, and Heartbreak, and the Farm. Twice. And they're currently puppetstuck and righteously pissed about that. Sooooo. Yeah. Generally kinda bad.
👊 — fighting: cope
God, no no no no. Do not bother. Even with the Farm training, they did the bare minimum they could to get by because they weren't built for fighting, no matter of fighting fate is gonna change that. No. Thanks. :'l 6 out of 10, because they do have a good amount of training but Cope has long since learned the odds of talking themselves out of fight are much better than them winning one on their own ...which is a bit biased, they could easily take out your average FEZ citizens. But Cope just don't care to try at all.

Lulu: Kinda answered here, buuuuut! Just be rock-solid in your convictions that Lulu is a good person (key words, both of them) and did good as Sidestep and then, Beam That Shit Directly Into Lulu’s Soul!!!
Lulu doesn’t know to combat sincere affection and convictions. The world is rotting and horrible, but their shields are honestly a bit garbage. So, they're definitely more influenced by sincere affection and conviction if it's projected strong enough at them. Or, say you're indeed friends. That'll fuck with them more than they care to admit.
Jayne: There's nothing truly surefire with Jayne. Different people will get different reactions, but eh? Being gentle and avoiding inflicting pain will normally flusters him a lot? On the inside? Like Anathema being extra careful with their acid powers, or Chen with his mods.
Vendetta: Show that you actually listen to nem, lol. Vendetta knows that ne rambles a lot and says a lot, so ne kind-of assumes people just tune nem out because most people just do. Showing nem that you have been listening and paying attention will flustered nem immediately and intensely~ Like a little red tomato~
Cope, as a bonus: Because I'm not sure, but I do know that having their sarcasm be met with better cutting sarcasm would definitely do something to the fluster part of their head, lol.

If it wasn't for the cuckoo thing, Ven would be all over public displays of affection and would have so much fun playing shit up with Ortega for the cameras. Ne's too much of troll not too, and while ne isn't jealous when boundaries have be established*, ne can very territorial around the people ne likes. It would be such a fun combo under better circumstances (and it is a fun combo in the child actor AU, Ven has so much fun being an PDA-loving troll, lol).
But unfortunately, the cuckoo thing is still a thing so Vendetta is more reserved than ne would prefer being. Which isn't to say ne is reserved. Ne really isn't, but nir paranoia and hyper-vigilance definitely keeps nir hands where they should be, lol. Can't be caught, no no no~

Jayne is a tallish, lanky af, skinny guy-adjacent person with killer eyelashes, beautiful hazel eyes, wavy-curly dark brown hair and a very sharp & charming grin~ People definitely would find him attractive at a glance if Jayne actually let people see him on the regular, but alas. His 'don't look at me' aura is the best out of the three, so people really don't and the few times it's slipped, I imagine Jayne's body dysphoria, negative feelings about the port wine stain birthmark around his eye and numerous scars influences people more than his actual looks. u_u;;
For that reason, it's definitely something it would more time to reach fruition, namely Jayne getting more comfortable to let down some walls and stop projecting so intensely~

*Ok, like Vendetta is painfully jealous with Ortega because ne refuses to accept her feelings and assumes the worst in most situations. But like? Messy, chaotic, mismatched as fuck, overwhelming.
Ne's a massive magpie, and loves filling the hole left by nir outside scar with Retail Therapy~! Lots of junk everywhere, floor, beds, desks, still in the shopping bags, it's all there! Ne loves to go thrifting too, especially for furniture pieces. It's very mismatched and loud, lots of statement pieces without an hint of cohesion. The walls have painted in atrocious colors too. Like, painful to look at levels of atrocious. Is it because ne loves those colors so much? Because ne doesn't want any guests? Who knows! But now, you have a migraine, sorry! :'D There's a lot of art on the walls, without any real rhyme or reason to them though.
Ven doesn't like typical beds as they're too hard to sleep in. So, ne has a massive water bed instead (and yes, ne has popped it before at least once, stabby and pokey clothes be damned). There's little nesting piles of pillows and blankets and bean bag chairs floating around too. If you were allowed in a few times, you'd notice they move around, a lot, like Vendetta can't stay in one spot for long.
There's always a good chunk of clothes on the ground too, despite at least one bureau being in the room (and covered in cups and trinkets), and you'll never figure out what is clean versus dirty. Vendetta knows tho. Vendetta has a near perfect catalogue of where everything is in~ uwu <33

I feel you so so much here!! Whenever I see religious outlook type questions in asks, I'm always like '👀👀👀' levels of intrigued, lol! Sadly, I don't think Vendetta, Lulu or Jayne have any real views. u_u;
Lulu is purely atheist. It would never occur them something might be looking after them, and if it did, they'd just be like 'so. aliens? o:' No introspection here, not with them.
Jayne is more dancing the line between atheist and agnostic. He could develop some beliefs, as they could be oddly comforting to him, but it would require a lot of walls dropping that Jayne just isn't ready for.
Vendetta is the closest to a believer, and probably knows the most about religion in the broadest strokes. Ne likes to learn too much and learning about communities, so there's been a few rabbit holes ne's fallen down from time to time. But being a re-gene would stop nem for believing anything. 'That's for humans, not for you.'
Ne believes in fate and destiny though and is incredibly fatalist*. So, you know. maybe we don't introduce Vendetta to religion in the specifics. I feel like depending of what religion we're talking out, it would go Real Bad, Real Fast. :'D
⚡ : Does this oc have any unusual or “irrational” fears?
Mhmm. Not really across the board. o: Most fears they have are justified (heights and the Farm). I think the closest is Jayne who has a bad fear of dogs (because of the Farm), but. Not unusual, not really irrational, and not so intense that he can't function around dogs. They can be nice in their own ways sometimes (and Spoon is helping him slowly get better too).
*given if the end goal of that fatalism is wanting to rip out Fate's throat with nir teeth, maybe Vendetta would be okay?? ^^;; Ne is stubborn and doesn't like authority if ne disagrees with their opinions, and ne loves to disagree with people as a rule.

People don't unless Jayne allows it, lol. He has the best 'don't perceive me' aura of my three Steps, and the Puppetmaster scar to boot. Jayne is basically nothing to most people, and that's how he likes it.
And honestly, that is at least close to the truth Jayne wants to be real. He wants to be safe, and being known is an antithesis to being safe. Being nothing is just better, or so he thinks.

Good question! o: Mhm, mhm, mhm. Jayne lives at his base, but it's a luxury skyscraper. For how much that might evoke an ideal of extravagance and excess, gaudy golden wealth lining the trims and walls, Jayne's living space is quite simple. There's a comfy bed, full-sized, a normal amount of pillows and a grey comforter on top, and there is a small black bench on the end of the bed complete with an extra blanket. Any pictures having around are like the types of wall art you'd found in any big-box store that caters to the everyday folks. No photos at all, except the ones he's cut out of random magazines, but those stay on his very sensible desk.
His desk is a bit weird? Or feels weird? His room is neat, not obsessively so, but still. It's neat. His desk is not, at all. Lots of magazines and papers and paper fasteners and thin dowel rods and scissors and exact-o knives. There's a few shelves above the desk with a few dolls on them, puppets. A cup on the desk contains more, mostly of the paper variety, clearly homemade and done so with an clear amount of care.

Jayne frowns quickly, rolling his eyes before his sharp grin returns. He doesn't bother answering the question, preferring to examine his nails in a nonchalant manner that's utterly ruined by the nervous energy running through his hands. He then smirks.

Pleased with himself, he goes back to silence. Roughly ten minutes pass before he realizes he won't be able to leave without answering, and his grin grows more and more sharp as his annoyance builds.

I will admit. As much as Jayne is an absolute disaster, when you move the Puppet and Ortega from him, he'll instantly collapse into a painfully soft and domestic soul and it warms my heart.
There should be a soft light caressing each divot and mark running across Chen's face, but he pulled the curtains shut before you got there. They always said it was the little things that mattered, and you're starting to see why as a smile unwilling worms its way onto your face. You shuffle closer, a lanky bean pole in a blanket burrito, and pressed a kiss against his brow.
His nose scrunches up a little, maybe at the lingering scruff scrapping against skin, and he reaches out to pull you closer. So soft, dangerous feelings. But maybe danger doesn't always have to mean risking a fall.
Well, a physical one.
"Morning~" You whisper, scared to break the calming veneer. You still reach up to mess with his sleep-fucked hair. So short, and still it manages. Strong arms wrap around your middle, rolling you over onto his stomach. A strangled snap dies in your throat as Chen opens his eyes, a smile wrinkling the corners as his thoughts cover you with a softest dusting of joy. He's happy you stayed, that you're still here. He knew, but as they say, seeing is believing and he definitely likes what he sees.
